Buying a new custom boat online is a simple straight forward process with a beginning, a middle and a conclusion. The beginning the visitor finds the boat they want and creates their instant online quote, then confirms price and extras by email or phone. The middle is when the customer recieves the invoice based on the agreed terms and the completion and delivery schedule begin. The conclusion is when the customer picks up their boat from their nearest marina, engine dealer or shippers warehouse.
ORDERING PROCESS: All model pages have prices listed or links to the Instant Quote system. Click on the Instant Quote to add features to find estimated quote. Next, confirm the quote or pice listed by phone or email to receive discounts and special offers.
To proceed with the order an invoice needs to be issued based on the confirmed quote with discounts. The invoice initiates the transaction process to assemble and deliver the boat when completed.
When an invoice is issued the process of production, coordinating, planning, and preparing the delivery schedule begins. The secure online customer progress and update log is started.
Before the invoice process is initiated an order confirmation payment is required. The order confirmation is less than 1% of the total and is applied to the agreed purchase price. Credit Cards are not accepted.
After a quote has been confirmed with discounts and the customer is ready to place an order; send an email using this form and selecting "Invoice Request" option. We will reply with order confirmation payment and mailing instructions. When mailing invoice advance be sure to include signed printed copy of online quote.
Once the invoice is sent the customer has their own private secure customer log where all progress, changes and additions are documented for reference. Here is an example of an ongoing customer log during completion and delivery.
