After removing all imperfections and making all surfaces flat and straight, the hull is marked with a pencil then sanded with 400 paper and then 600 paper, then compunded and polished. This video shows the hull after correcting imperfections and before final finishing. (this model took two weeks time to remove imperfections from the plug)
Below is new mold cast from Sri Lanka Panga. It still needs final finishing before making production Panga boats.
